We’re always searching for new people to join and grow our teams. Law enforcement and military experience is not required. However, given that our company values are based on constant training through a battle-tested educational curriculum, everyone will reach proper competency at a different pace. Employees are not placed in active field status until approved.  Merely satisfying the state requirements (IDFPR) is not adequate. See here for the training curriculum.
